Giorgio Gori

President

A veteran at ShareWord Global, Giorgio has worked in both for-profit as well as the Christian charity sector with some of the biggest organizations in the world. Speaking five languages and having lived on three continents, Giorgio has pastored, raised funds, and since 2013 has led the growing international ministry of ShareWord Global. Married to Jacqueline, they live in Ontario with their amazing labrador, Glenn.

Terence Rolston

Vice President of Ministry

Terence joined ShareWord Global in 2023 after working with Focus on the Family for 23 years as Vice President, and President. While there, he helped equip families with practical advice based on Biblical truths. Terence and his wife, Joyce, live in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ava Cummings

Vice President of Development

Ava joins ShareWord Global as an award-winning leader with over 25 years of experience from the for-profit sector. When the opportunity arose in 2018 to combine her faith with her work experience, she embraced it. Now, as she leads the Development division, she brings a desire to encourage ministry in all we do. Whether attending an Ignite Event, answering phone calls or giving financially to kingdom work, it presents an opportunity for ministry. Ava resides with her family in Toronto, Ontario.

Andrew VanderPloeg

Vice President of Marketing & Communications

Andrew joined ShareWord Global after an 18-year run as a branding consultant. In that role, his primary focus was working with Christian non-profits across North America, the UK, and Australia, leading several award-winning campaigns, and facilitating significant growth for the ministries he served. Andrew, his wife Lauren, and their three beautiful children, are based in London, Ontario.

Mike Braun

Vice President of Operations

Mike comes to ShareWord Global as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 20 years of experience from a large international firm to small businesses and charity clients, including his home church. He has developed skills to communicate information clearly to help people run programs efficiently. Mike enjoys raising four boys with his wife, Jill, and running or hiking the trails around his home in Orangeville, Ontario.
