A New Chapter in Latin America
On March 15, something new began to stir across Latin America. Pastors and church members gathered with a simple hope as Easter approached: to reach their communities with the courage and love found in the gospel.
During the first-ever Ignite week (March 15–21, 2026), volunteer facilitators trained churches in Grid relational evangelism—helping everyday believers see that faith-sharing isn’t reserved for a select few but is every believer’s calling. Many were scared at the concept of sharing their faith at first, but as the week unfolded, fear gave way to confidence. Momentum built and grew into joyful unity.
And it didn’t stay in the training room. Churches went into their neighbourhoods, workplaces, and families sharing Scripture resources as a gift and extending warm invitations to Easter services.
By God’s grace, 42 churches were trained, and over 1,000 believers were unleashed to share the Good News. But they weren’t just trained—they were active! After the events these faithful believers went out into their communities to put what they learned into practice, resulting in 2,599 people hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ and being personally invited to an Easter service. Behind every number is a person, and we praise the Lord for this remarkable harvest.
Thanks to the success of this first-of-its-kind Ignite week, many new churches are already asking for training, and previously trained churches are requesting additional resources for special outreach.
Please continue praying for lasting fruit from the seeds planted during Ignite week across Latin America.
